Konohana Vietnam Welcomes Our Japan Team – May 23rd, 2025
On May 23rd, 2025, we were honored to welcome a group of colleagues from Konohana Japan to Vietnam factory for a special on-site visit and technical exchange.
A Day of Exchange, Learning, and Team Bonding
This visit aimed to:
- Deepen understanding of Vietnam’s growing role in Konohana’s future
- Provide hands-on insight into the factory’s operations and equipment
- Strengthen communication and relationships between the Japan and Vietnam teams
🏭 Factory Tour Highlights:
- Overview of our relocation to the Lê Minh Xuân Industrial Park
- Guided walkthrough of our facilities, including:
- Paper stock storage
- Printing, lamination (PP machine), and die-cutting areas
- Bag-making (with V1 machine demonstration)
- New automatic bottom board machine
- Assembly lines: automatic and manual pasting
- String attachment & QC area
- Introductions to key operators and leaders across each process
- Detailed explanation of productivity, materials used (e.g. string, carton), and equipment capabilities
🎉 A Special Moment – Japan vs Vietnam Hand-Pasting Showdown!
As a light-hearted break, we hosted a friendly “Japan vs Vietnam 10-Sheet Hand Pasting Time Attack” competition. With representatives from both teams, the challenge brought lots of energy and laughter. It wasn’t just fun — it helped ease tensions and bring everyone closer before the evening party.
We truly appreciate the time and enthusiasm of our Japan team. This visit was a great success and reaffirmed the strong bond between our teams. We look forward to more collaboration, innovation, and shared growth in the future of KONOHANA GROUP!
