Automatic Bottom Board Machine Installation Begins

We’re excited to share that the installation of our new automatic bottom board machine is now complete and operational.

The equipment has been successfully delivered and positioned. Starting tomorrow, we will begin the full setup process in collaboration with technical specialists. With their expert guidance, we finalized the machine’s wiring and layout — optimizing both space efficiency and workflow within the production area.

Initial trial runs for both large and small formats were carried out smoothly. The changeover time between sizes took approximately 2 hours, and the machine operated at a speed of 1,500 to 2,000 pieces per hour.

Next week, we will begin technical training sessions for our operators, followed by full-scale production under the supervision of the manufacturer’s engineers.

We’re pleased to report that the machine has now officially entered production. While products like our Sample line involve larger formats — resulting in slightly reduced speed — the machine has demonstrated stable quality and a smooth start to operations.

This installation marks a significant step forward in our automation and production capabilities. We’re excited to see how this new equipment will help us further enhance productivity and maintain consistent quality.
